If you registered then you’ve heard. The Lutheran writers’ conference, Here I Write, has been canceled. Sad but true. BUT if you’re on Facebook you can head over to Katie Schuermann’s Facebook page Thursday, May 7th at 7:30 PM CST to hear her live, chatting about “things of a writerly nature.”
She’s collected some questions from conference registrations already, so I’m curious to hear what she has to say. I suspect several of the other speakers will be there, too, hanging out and adding their 2-cents. So that’s pretty cool.
There’s also talk that some of the authors might get interviewed on KFUO’s “The Coffee House.” Now, my head is not entirely in the game as we try to wrap up the school year, but I’ll try to remember to post, either here or on my author page on Facebook, in advance if I hear any writers are scheduled. (Feel free to comment or message me if you learn about any, too!)
