Dr. John Pless, a long-time family friend, has written another book for CPH: Faith in the Shadow of a Pandemic. Thus far it looks like it will release October 6th (so not yet). Still a happy side-effect is a new Facebook group of the same name.
I’m frankly scared to mention masks these days. Goodness. Such vehemence of positions! But I’ll go out on a ledge and say that I’ll check this group for articles related to church/COVID concerns.
For example, (and not yet having read or viewed them) I see posts addressing “Freedom of a Christian: Disciplining our Bodies,” a study on Luther’s “Freedom of the Will” with current applications. Also a Faculty Opinion from the Concordia Seminary in Canada.
Sounds good to me.
