And Take They Our Life

My summer reading is varying pretty wildly by this point. Oklahoma is hot. The family needs a vacation, and there are so many boiling-point topics that I’m just about fried. (Mixed metaphor, but I don’t have the energy left to fight or deny it!). So I added one of Bryan Wolfmueller’s free PDFs to my Kindle: And Take They Our Life. Here’s my review.

Oh. Huh.

I hope you’ve gathered that I want to encourage. I especially hope to support Lutheran authors and have gotten pretty generous with reading & reviewing Lutheran books of all sorts. But what happens when I read a book and I’m left thinking, “Oh. Huh. And this may be one of the most well-read novels by a Lutheran author.”
