Although his book will not be released until mid-May, I’m so proud of my brother-in-law, Rev. Dr. Adam Hensley, and his forthcoming book, Covenant Relationships and the Editing of the Hebrew Psalter.” Apparently it will be one of the latest volumes in the “long running and cutting-edge Library of Hebrew and Old Testament Studies series.” Here is an interview the esteemed seminary professor (Adelaide, Australia) gives as he “delves deeper into the origins and research of his book.”

And, ladies and gentlemen, if you don’t mind, please say a prayer for Lutherans pursuing doctoral degrees. So much of the academic world demands homage where we wouldn’t necessarily place it, at the same time that the academic world continues to benefit from the men and women pursuing truth, wisdom, and academia. I really respect those who walk the fine line in honor of their God and in love to both their secular and Spiritually-same neighbors.
