I just found out that Lutheran author, scholar, and retired professor Dr. Joel Heck has two books on Lulu, including a children’s book, The Lion That Roared, released this past December.
The Lion That Roared is a children’s story “written in the tradition of the Chronicles of Narnia. Three children and their talking cat visit the Land of Harmonia through a television screen and find a land of cats and dogs in disarray. Through their wisdom and the principles of reconciliation, they achieve peace in the land.”
It’s 102-pages and co-written with a childhood friend, Brenda Nauss! She, by the way, is an award-winning organ composer and performer under the name Brenda Portman!
