I’m afraid everyone wants your money. (Though I mostly want your reviews. ;)) But if you’re open to Giving Tuesday, I’ll recommend two related causes:
Concordia Mission Society, Inc., which was established in 1993 for the purpose of spreading the Gospel to the people living in Southeast Asia, including the Former Soviet Russian Republics of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. It looks like if you give through this link it may be matched. 🙂
GOOD NEWS theological journal, which pairs Lutheran theology with great visuals, is a great tool here in the United States but also used around the world (in 21 different language!). They have a Go Fund Me here, which is raising funds to replace materials lost in a fire a few years ago.
I won’t drown you with commercials, but Cyber Monday has Lulu 30% off. Just use the code SAVE30 through November 30th. Let’s see, Lutheran authors on Lulu include . . .
Ok. I already compiled Advent resources for the year here, but I found more. So I’m sharing again, an expanded version, especially since several of the books have digital formats available. 🙂
CPH is having a Thanksgiving/ Black Friday sale, including a substantial discount on my hardback children’s book, Whisper, Whisper: Learning About Church.🙂 Only $5! That’s 62% off!
Nice.
In other news, I meant to type up an updated list of Advent resources. So we’ll see if we get that done today.
I pray your Thanksgiving has been blessed! I’m thankful for you! And Lutheran books to read!
I love Ad Crucem. Visit Ad Crucem while you do your Christmas Shopping. That’s my first big point. My second one is this: Ad Crucem has just published their first book: The Christian Christmas Tree, all about christmons!!!!

About this Site
The “Meet, Write, and Salutary” blog encourages Lutherans to write. At the same time, maybe this website is better understood as a reading, writing, and resources place.
I participate in affiliate programs with Concordia Publishing House and the Amazon Associates Program. If you follow links on my page, I may receive a small commission with zero additional cost to you.
Sometimes an author or publisher sends me an occasional free book, but I receive no other reimbursement or profit from endorsing or reviewing.
