Last year I posted about the release of Household Sonnets. You can read all about that here. Today I offer my review.

As you can see, some of these household items provoke thought more than serve as our own daily reminders. Still, if you’re interested in Christ-centered poetry; seeing Christ in daily, humble life; emblem books/ wood carving illustrations; historical settings; or theology tied to reminders all around us, this book is for you.
This is a nice collection, especially when you’re open to something just a little different but within a historical continuity of the home and church.
Nicely done, Rev. Richard. Be sure to also check out his Passion Book for Holy Week!
