Today’s post is a review of Lutheran writer Jonathan Moeller‘s book, Thief Trap, which is Book One in his Cloak Games series.

If you want an original storyline with original characters in a world of monsters, elves, and Milwaukee, this is a book and series for you. Although the original world building sounded a little bizarre, what with an elven invasion of earth, I really got into it. This first book was a bit brief, though I was satisfied, and having continued to read the series I’ve really liked each one. 🙂
