Lutheran Witness Editor?

Have you ever wanted to serve as the Lutheran Witness editor? Because LCMS Communications is now seeking applicants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a communications-related field, preferably journalism (or English with a minor in journalism, etc.).
• Formal theological education highly desirable.
• A minimum of three years of practical experience in a communications field related to journalism. 

What even are communication fields related to journalism but not journalism? Marketing? Blogging? 😉

I’ve wondered about that position. Ha ha, guess I’ll continue to do so! And I’ll look forward to letting you know whenever it’s filled once more. 🙂 

I’m thankful that Rachel Bomberger was able to serve for as long as she did, and I wish her every blessing on whatever is next. Of which I have no idea, but I’m pretty certain it includes every blessing in Christ. 🙂
