Here’s an interesting find! Unsafe Faith: Following God into the Unexpected is a book by Rev. Dr. Michael Paulison that delves into some of his experiences in Haiti.
I haven’t met the author, but I can’t help but think the concept of unsafe faith is especially important to consider and articulate in this day and age!
Here’s the Amazon blurb:
Unsafe Faith follows Pastor Mike and Mission Experience into the culture of Haiti as they practice first-century discipleship in a twenty-first century world. Filled with unexpected twists, these true stories will tug at your heart, bring you to tears, make you want to celebrate, and leave you in awe of how God moves. Are you fulfilling your life’s true calling? Are you curious about short term missions? You can make a difference in this world—but there is a price to be paid. This is a read-at-your-own-risk story with the potential to challenge the ordinariness of your life, wreck your current world perspective, and even push you to consider how Mike’s story might one day become your own.
Sounds interesting & intriguing!
