Latin Astronomy

Titus Classic has produced and just released another Latin coloring book: Latin Astronomy: An Astronomy Coloring BookHave a look inside. Nice! 🙂

Here’s the blurb from Amazon:

Explore over 30 ancient constellations, learn the stories behind them, facts about their placement in the sky and the stars that make them up. This Coloring book is perfect for any child that loves ancient history, mythology, and astronomy! A great resource for Memoria Press curriculums! This book includes beautiful Medieval illustrations of the constellations for coloring fun! And even after all the pages are filled with art, use the book as a reference for facts about the stars!

Key Features:

  • Over 30 classical Illustrations for coloring (75 pages in all!
  • Origin Stories for each constellation
  • Names of the Brightest Star
  • Dates the constellation is visible
  • Fun Star Facts
  • Where to find the star

Sounds like fun for the whole family to me! (And, although I love Memoria Press, I did supplement their Astronomy text with Apologia’s. This would have been less work that!)
