In Rev. Bryan Wolfmueller’s Wednesday What-Not email last week, he included what books were given away (although I forget if it was by him or given away most often by his readership). It’s interesting to me. I mean, it’s a neat thing to know and a handy way to learn about go-to resources.
His top three:
#1: “The Large Catechism” Martin Luther (link)
#2: “The Life and Times of Jesus the Messiah” Alfred Edersheim (link)
#3: “Getting Things Done, The Art of Stress-Free Productivity” David Allen (link)
If I were to guess about three of the books given away most often by Lutherans, they’d be these:
Admittedly, maybe those should be assumed. So, not including those, would your top choices be? Even if price didn’t matter?
Feel free to spread this around so we get a good assortment of readers. We’ll gather results below to satisfy our curiosity. 🙂 I’ll include some of my books, too, since a girl can at least dream! 😀

PS. Yep. My first poll. Feel free to tell me if it doesn’t measure up in some way. Two years into this blog and I’m still fiddling with widgets and plugins!
