A new edition of a Christmas classic: A Christmas Carol (Annotated): In Prose Being a Ghost Story of Christmas is now available with forward by Lutheran Rev. Sam Schuldheisz!
Have you read A Christmas Carol yourself? I recommend it. As for youngers, I want to say our homeschool curriculum encourages reading it in fourth or fifth grade. But, especially with Lutheran notes added, I’d recommend it as a family read aloud. Don’t you think?
Actually, maybe I should mention this, too: this edition is only 184 pages. Don’t be turned off, imagining some unconquerable tome. It’s more approachable than you may realize.
Also, kudos to new Lutheran publishing house Reverend Raconteur, who’s produced this. 🙂
